Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Design and deliver engaging safety and health training sessions that integrate real-world, site-specific situations.
- Deliver expert on-site consulting to help clients elevate their safety programs.
- Empower others through train-the-trainer classes, sharing your knowledge and building future leaders.
- Partner with clients to understand their unique needs and craft tailored, site-specific solutions.
- Provide actionable insights that strengthen safety practices and foster a culture of health and safety.
- Take ownership of training projects—from planning to successful delivery—and maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted safety resource.
- Recognize other potential services our clients may need and market those services.
- Assist in expanding our market reach.

The following is required for this role:
- Strong communication and teaching skills (experience conducting safety training sessions).
- Demonstrates professional maturity and the ability to listen effectively, understand client needs, and address concerns in a constructive manner.
- Ability to effectively work alone or as a team.
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed (overnight travel is required for this position).
- Capable of delivering excellent customer service with strong interpersonal skills to interface well with clients.
- Strong organizational, time management and self-management skills – demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute a variety of training tasks.
- At least 3-5 years of recent ESH experience in the industrial safety field.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Effective writing skills, oral skills and reading comprehension.
- Ability to lift at least 30lbs. comfortably.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in an Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) related field
- Additional certifications in the ESH field are encouraged
- Ability to apply new technologies to our services creating a more effective presentation
- Sales/marketing background a plus
