Job Summary
ANTICIPATED OTE BASED ON EXPERIENCE: $45,000 - $50,000
Gross earnings based on overall commission, more sales = more earnings
We are seeking a full-time salesperson/driver to operate a ShoeMobile. This is a 26' box truck, converted into a mobile store. Similar to a mobile tool route, but we sell safety footwear. Clean driving record necessary.
- Must be able to check and keep up with an electronic calendar for route visits.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Must be reliable and be able to be on time for all appointments.
- Must be able to work different hours depending on our customers' needs.
- Monday through Fridays, no weekends.
Commissioned offered on all sales made.

Responsibilities and Duties
We are a sales driven company. Salesmanship and customer service is a responsibility to all of our customers you visit.
Overnight stays MIGHT be required for this position depending on the serviced account.
Load truck with appropriate inventory for account being serviced.
Become knowledgeable of our product to be able to recommend and sell.
Be able to learn a basic point-of-sale system to enter sales slips.
Basic truck and generator maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience driving 26' box truck
Good salesmanship and customer service ability
Basic computer use is expected. Experience using and keeping up with an e-mail address. Experience viewing spreadsheets to check basic information.
Proficiency with simple retail math such as calculating sales tax, etc.
Willingness and ability to take drug test upon interview/before beginning employment

Projected Total Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
