Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance our Salesforce platform. This is an entry-level role ideal for someone with 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience who is looking to grow their skills in a collaborative, business-focused environment.
You'll work closely with business stakeholders to maintain system functionality, improve user adoption, and help ensure Salesforce supports day-to-day operations efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support the Salesforce platform, including users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings
- Maintain and update Salesforce data, ensuring accuracy and integrity
- Create and manage reports and dashboards to support business needs
- Configure standard Salesforce features such as objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and workflows
- Support onboarding and offboarding of Salesforce users
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce issues and user requests
- Document system configurations, processes, and best practices
- Assist with testing and deploying minor enhancements and updates
- Partner with internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience administering or supporting Salesforce
- Basic understanding of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud experience preferred)
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and basic automations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
- Willingness to learn and grow in a Salesforce-focused role
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PPT)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) or working toward certification
- Experience with Salesforce data imports, data cleanup, or integrations
- Familiarity with tools such as Flow, Process Builder, or validation rules
- Prior experience supporting users in a business environment
- Experience with Tableau
- Experience with Einstein Conversational Insights
