Job Summary:
Safety Services Company is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive to help expand strategic relationships across large contractors, industrial organizations, energy companies, construction firms, and enterprise hiring clients nationwide.
This role is focused on helping organizations simplify contractor compliance, workforce readiness, and operational visibility across increasingly complex compliance environments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and expand enterprise-level relationships across strategic accounts and key customer stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with executive leadership, operations teams, safety leaders, procurement departments, compliance stakeholders, and other decision-makers.
- Lead consultative discovery conversations to understand client business objectives, operational challenges, contractor compliance requirements, and workforce management initiatives.
- Present and demonstrate tailored solutions that align with client operational, compliance, safety, and business goals.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal development, negotiation, contract execution, and account transition.
- Identify opportunities to expand relationships across multiple departments, business units, geographic regions, and affiliated organizations.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to drive long-term growth, retention, and customer success.
- Coordinate internally with operations, implementation, product, leadership, marketing, and client support teams to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Navigate complex organizational structures, procurement processes, legal reviews, and long-term strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of customer interactions, opportunities, pipeline activity, forecasting, and account plans within CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales, revenue, and growth targets.
- Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, regulatory developments, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and provide market intelligence.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, proposals, business reviews, and strategic recommendations.
- Support contract renewals, customer retention efforts, and account expansion initiatives.
- Represent Safety Services Company professionally at industry events, conferences, trade associations, client meetings, and executive engagements.
- Collaborate with leadership to provide customer feedback that influences product development, service enhancements, and company strategy.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing ongoing insights, recommendations, and best practices related to contractor compliance, workforce management, and operational efficiency.
- Travel as required to support customer meetings, business development activities, industry events, and strategic initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager, executive leadership team, or Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
- Responsibilities may evolve or expand based on business needs, organizational growth, customer requirements, and strategic company initiatives.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience working with enterprise or strategic accounts within construction, industrial, energy, staffing, logistics, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
- Experience managing complex business relationships involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to operate independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Consultative mindset with strong operational awareness
- Comfortable discussing workforce compliance, contractor operations, risk management, or enterprise process improvement
- High accountability, self-discipline, and follow-through
- CRM discipline and organizational consistency required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with contractor compliance platforms such as ISNetworld®, Avetta®, Veriforce®, DISA, NCMS, or related ecosystems
- Existing relationships within industrial or enterprise contractor environments
- Experience supporting operational infrastructure, enterprise services, SaaS, or compliance-related solutions
- Background working with Fortune 1000 or large regional organizations
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners/customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
