What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Provide emergency and non-emergency medical care within clinic scope
- Conduct patient assessments, triage, and documentation
- Respond to acute medical situations and stabilize patients as necessary
- Administer medications and treatments per protocol
- Maintain accurate electronic and written medical records
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, security personnel, and operational staff
- Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols, safety standards, and federal regulations
- Support patient wellness and continuity of care during transit operations
- Maintain medical equipment and clinic readiness
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Paramedic certification/licensure in good standing
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred
- Minimum 2 years of paramedic experience preferred
- Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, correctional healthcare, occupational medicine, military, or remote-site medicine is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a structured operational environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Must pass background screening and credential verification
- Ability to obtain any required federal clearances
Shift: 7 days on, 7 days off
