Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, power washing, painting and patching walls.
- Assist with basic repairs to electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems under supervision.
- Conduct regular inspections of buildings and grounds to identify maintenance needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance tools, supplies, and work areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with setup and breakdown for company events or office reconfigurations.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Qualifications
- Plant maintenance experience in one of the following areas: preventative maintenance, installations, basic welding knowledge, basic electrical knowledge.
- Ability to work on weekends and overtime;
- Ability to pass a mechanical aptitude test;
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position, including movements such as lifting, bending, reaching, climbing, and the manipulating and handling of objects.
