Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Controller located in Ontario, CA. The Controller will oversee all financial tasks for the organization, including managing accounting operations, preparing financial reports, developing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial reporting requirements. The role will also involve monitoring the effectiveness of financial systems, managing cash flow, and collaborating with other departments to optimize financial performance. This position requires a strong ability to lead and mentor the accounting team.
Qualifications
- Financial Management, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, GAAP, and Regulatory Compliance
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Experience with Accounting Software and ERP Systems
- Leadership, Team Management skills, and excellent Analytical skills
- Outstanding Communication and Problem-Solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA designation is a plus)
- Previous experience in a Controller or similar financial leadership role preferred
