Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support for the Insurance Operations Department.
- Responsible for working various reports.
- Handles daily policy renewal and endorsement review and mailing.
- Documents all customer related activities on appropriate systems.
- Processes dealer and bank required paperwork requests.
- Entry and coordination of book rolls. Quoting for potential future business.
- Helps support backend agency setups/automation.
- May be required to determine solutions to unique problems that require action or input by other employees within his/her authority.
- Performs other activities as required.
