Safety Facility Services is in search of a highly professional and reliable Executive Driver to provide transportation services to our CEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in driving executive-level individuals, demonstrating exceptional driving skills, discretion, and professionalism. The Executive Driver will be responsible for ensuring the CEO’s transportation needs are met safely and efficiently, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safe and Timely Transportation: Drive the CEO and his family to and from meetings, appointments, events, and other engagements, ensuring punctuality and safety at all times.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle(s) assigned to the CEO, ensuring it is always in excellent condition. Coordinate with fleet management for regular maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
- Discretion and Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, maintaining the privacy of the CEO’s business, personal, and travel details.
- Route Planning: Plan the most efficient routes and manage traffic conditions to ensure the CEO’s timely arrival at destinations.
- Assistance with Travel Arrangements: Assist with travel planning, including driving to airports, hotels, and other destinations as needed.
- Vehicle Safety: Ensure that all safety protocols are followed, including seatbelt usage, obeying traffic laws, and practicing defensive driving techniques.
- Emergency Preparedness: In case of emergency, respond swiftly and professionally to ensure the CEO’s safety and well-being.
- Additional Support: Assist with carrying personal or business items when necessary and act as a personal assistant for various needs related to the CEO's schedule.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably with experience driving high-level executives or in a corporate environment.
- Driving Skills: Proven ability to drive safely and efficiently in all weather and traffic conditions. Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Discretion: Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
- Professionalism: Impeccable grooming, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by the CEO’s schedule.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to sit for long periods, assist with carrying items, and handle the physical demands of the job.
- Technology: Familiarity with GPS systems, navigation apps, and the ability to quickly adapt to changing routes or travel needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with high-profile individuals or in a corporate setting.
- Knowledge of the local area and major transportation routes.
