What we're looking for
- 2 years construction safety experience (semiconductor or cleanroom a plus)
- OSHA 30 minimum

- CHST a plus, not required
- Available to start immediately
- Willing to work 50 hrs/week in Phoenix, AZ
What we offer

- BCSP Certifications paid in full when you're ready
- Columbia Southern University partnership — 10% tuition discount
- Path to team lead as the project scales
- A Day-7 / 15 / 30 / 60 / 90 check-in cadence — we don't disappear after you're placed
The S.E.G. difference Most agencies talk to a consultant twice: when they hire them, and when they let them go. We talk to ours every day. Our consultants are the reason clients say "I want that person on my next project."
