Responsibilities
- Receptionist
- Heavy Client Invoicing.
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Provide customer service and support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
- Support personal assistant tasks for management or team members as required.
Skills
- Proficient in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Knowledge in Sage 50 (PeachTree) Software
- Knowledge in Goldmine Software (not mandatory)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients, but not required.
- Previous experience as a clerk or in similar administrative roles.
