Overview
Do you enjoy having a variety of duties? We are seeking a dedicated data transcription specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing quality services and timely results for our customers. Much of the day is spent taking information from labs, driving records, court records, emails, PDFs, and vendor sites and entering it into our system in one consistent format.
Duties
- Transcribe and enter data from source documents into our system in a standard format
- Ordering, entering, and processing employment screening products such as Criminal, Federal Criminal, Motor Vehicle Reports, and more.
- Reporting and Tracking Drug & Alcohol tests
- Working with vendors and customers to keep the process moving
- Become certified for urine drug-test collections and breath-alcohol collections (training provided)
Requirements
- Data entry transcription or similar administrative experience
- Able to type 50 WPM or more with 97% accuracy. (tested)
- Comfortable working from paper forms, PDFs, emails, and vendor websites
- Proficient with email, Word, and general Windows computer use
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to check your own work
- Able to prioritize and keep several processes moving at once
- Enjoy working with clients and colleagues with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
