Overview
Do you enjoy working with customers and having a variety of duties? We are seeking a dedicated and organized data processor to join our team. This role is essential in providing quality services and timely results for our customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail. This position spends a lot of time keying data and coordinating details with customers and vendors via email and phone.
Duties
- Reporting and Tracking Drug & Alcohol tests
- Working with vendors and customers to keep the process moving
- Ordering, entering, and processing employment screening products such as Criminal, Federal Criminal, Motor Vehicle Reports, and more.
- Scheduling drug & alcohol collections at vendor sites as needed.
- Follow up calls to customers related to compliance in drug program.
- Certified for Drug Test Collections. (will train)
- Certified for Breath Alcohol Collections. (will train)
Requirements
- Proven experience with data entry or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Computer literacy with proficiency in email, word processing, general computer use.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Enjoy working with clients and colleagues with a friendly and professional demeanor.
