Job Title: Handyman / Property Caretaker
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dependable and motivated Handyman / Property Caretaker to help maintain residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time position for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining properties, and is committed to providing quality workmanship.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general property maintenance and repair tasks.
- Complete basic handyman work, including minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and fixture replacement.
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaping as needed.
- Perform seasonal property maintenance, including leaf removal and snow removal
- Inspect properties and report maintenance issues.
- Keep tools, equipment, and work vehicles clean and organized.
- Transport tools and equipment between job sites as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
Requirements:
- Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks.
- Experience with general handyman or property maintenance work preferred.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
Position Details:
- Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Starting pay: $18.00 per hour
- Consistent weekly schedule.
