Full-Time: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Responsibilities
- Prepare, package, and ship customer orders using UPS, FedEx, freight carriers, and other approved providers
- Verify shipping documents, labels, packing slips, and bills of lading for accuracy
- Ensure orders are shipped accurately, securely, and on time
- Receive and inspect incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods; report discrepancies or damage
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Organize inventory and maintain accurate inventory records
- Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support customer fulfillment
- Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories while following inventory control procedures
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and in compliance with company policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Follow OSHA regulations and company safety procedures
- Work with shipping, production, purchasing, and customer service teams to meet operational goals
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Work Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Forklift certification or the ability to become certified
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, and shipping software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
