Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and informative driving lessons for students of various skill levels, focusing on safe driving practices and traffic laws
- Assess each student’s progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to maximize learning outcomes
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to help students improve their driving techniques and confidence
- Manage classroom activities when necessary, including theory sessions on road safety, vehicle maintenance, and traffic regulations
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, lesson plans, and evaluations in compliance with licensing standards
- Ensure all lessons are conducted in a safe, professional manner following local road safety regulations and company policies
- Foster a supportive environment that encourages questions, active participation, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in driving and teaching others how to drive effectively and safely
- Strong classroom management skills to maintain discipline and focus during theoretical instruction
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey instructions, feedback, and safety information
- Knowledge of adult education principles to tailor lessons for diverse learner backgrounds
- Previous classroom or instructional experience working with students or adult learners is highly desirable
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to demonstrate safe driving habits at all times
- Ability to remain patient, energetic, and motivating throughout each lesson session
