Overnight Security Guard (Per Diem) — Elizaville, NY

Job Summary
SafePro Security is seeking a dependable, professional security guard for overnight and weekend coverage at a client's property in Elizaville, NY. This is a per diem opportunity. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay alert throughout the shift, and communicate clearly when an issue arises. Additional shifts may become available as SafePro grows.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence at the assigned property.
- Monitor the property and complete patrols as directed by the site instructions.
- Watch for unusual activity, safety concerns, or unauthorized visitors.
- Respond to concerns calmly and follow site procedures for notifying management or emergency services.
- Document incidents and provide clear shift updates.
- Arrive on time, remain on post for the full assigned shift, and use the company scheduling app to clock in and out.
Requirements
- Valid New York State Security Guard Registration.
- Availability for overnight shifts in Elizaville.
- Reliable transportation to and from the site.
- Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and write clear reports.
- Professional communication and sound judgment.
Prior security experience is preferred. CPR, first aid, or de-escalation training is a plus.
