We’re seeking a motivated and organized Appointment Setter to help expand our client base by initiating contact with potential business customers. In this role, you’ll focus on outbound calls, email outreach, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.
The ideal candidate is confident in starting conversations with business decision-makers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a proven track record in cold outreach or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold and warm calls to prospective businesses
- Qualify leads through phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Schedule meetings with decision-makers and record all details in HubSpot CRM
- Prepare and send outbound mailers, then follow up to gauge interest
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach messaging and share campaign feedback
- Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in HubSpot
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of outbound sales or marketing experience (technology or service-based industry preferred)
- Proven success in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead generation
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (required) — comfortable managing sequences, lists, and tasks
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly self-motivated, organized, and accountable
Performance Expectations
- 5–10 meaningful prospect conversations per day
- 1–3 qualified appointments per week
- Maintain 95% CRM data accuracy
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly call and activity goals
Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- On-site (Palatine, IL office)
- Hybrid (after 90 day review)
