- Operate snow plowing equipment and hand tools to clear snow from driveways, sidewalks, parking lots, and other designated areas.
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient snow removal strategies tailored to specific properties.
- Utilize power tools and excavators for various landscaping projects, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating with clients regarding snow removal progress and any necessary follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each job and materials used.
Preferred qualifications
- Previous experience in snow plowing or landscape maintenance is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with horticulture practices and tree care techniques.
- Ability to work flexible hours during winter storms, including early mornings or late nights as needed.
