About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our Chico-based sales team. You’ll be responsible for connecting with contractors, architects, distributors, and project managers to help them find sustainable accessibility solutions that meet their needs.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and takes pride in creating outstanding customer experiences while selling products that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive new business by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals
  • Manage inbound and outbound sales activities with a strong focus on customer service
  • Present SafePath’s eco-friendly, ADA-compliant product line to contractors and distributors
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to final sale
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment
  • Track leads, quotes, and performance metrics using CRM tools
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and earn performance bonuses

What You’ll Bring

  • 3 years of professional sales experience (construction, flooring, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with professionalism and attention to detail
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) preferred
  • Passion for sustainability, accessibility, and helping others
