We are hiring CDL-A Regional Drivers for a 100% touch-freight account across Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Drivers unload freight box by box using rollers, with paid ride-along training provided. This role offers strong mileage pay, frequent home time, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
Pay & Sign-On Bonus
Base mileage pay: $0.85 - $0.88 per mile, based on experience
Unload pay: $335 per unload
Backhaul pay: $30 per backhaul
Average weekly pay: $1,700 - $1,850
Top earners: up to $2,200 per week
Average weekly mileage: approximately 1,110 miles
Typical route: 3 - 5 stops
Sign-on bonus: $2,500 total, paid incrementally through 180 days
Paid one-week ride-along training at $150 per day
Schedule & Home Time
Home 3–4 times per week
Generally home every other day after a 10-hour break
Early morning deliveries with night driving involved
Weekend and holiday deliveries may be required
Must be available for a schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

100% touch freight
Driver unloads freight box by box using rollers
Operating area: Indiana, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Wisconsin
Routes include 3 - 5 stops
Average weekly mileage: approximately 1,110 miles
Equipment & Requirements
International, Freightliner, and Kenworth tractors
Valid CDL-A required
Must be physically capable of unloading freight box by box using rollers
Secure parking with two forms of security is required during home time; unsecured parking is not allowed
