Summary
We are seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our youth group home. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe, organized, and supportive environment for our youth. The House Manager will play an integral part in maintaining daily routines with independent living and daily life skills. The schedule for this position will be 12 hour shifts, 3 days on, 4 days off rotating.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the group home to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
- Managing daily life skills, including daily tasks, job seeking, and independent living to maintain a high standard of living.
- Transporting to and from activities, including medical appointments and jobs when needed.
- Oversee groups and daily procedures and protocols that promote life skills and personal responsibility among youth.
- Administering meds to youth, will train on our med passing procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience in organizational roles or management preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in working with at-risk youth is highly desirable.
