- Engage with customers to understand their pest control needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Promote pest management services through energetic sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Operate ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas for inspections or chemical applications
- Handle chemical agents responsibly, adhering strictly to pesticide management protocols and safety procedures
- Conduct outdoor work including lawn care, landscaping, or farming tasks as part of integrated pest management strategies
- Use hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely during pest control operations
- Follow all safety protocols related to confined space entry, respiratory protection, and chemical handling to ensure a secure work environment
Experience
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or outdoor work environments such as farming, landscaping, or agriculture
- Knowledge of pest control techniques, pesticide application procedures, and entomology fundamentals
- Familiarity with ladder safety procedures, confined space entry safety procedures, and chemical agent handling
- Ability to operate company vehicles and farm machinery responsibly with a clean driving record
- Mechanical knowledge related to pest control equipment and power tools is highly desirable
- Demonstrated commitment to safety protocol adherence and environmental responsibility in outdoor or industrial settings
