Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras (CCTV) and surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity or security breaches.
- Conduct patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security of all areas as required.
- Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid.
- Enforce security policies and conflict management procedures to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address incidents or investigations.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security breaches for reporting purposes.
Experience
- Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV technology and electronic access control is a plus.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred; willingness to obtain if not already certified.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
