What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Preservation Maintenance Contractor position at Safeguard Properties?
Safeguard Properties is expanding our vendor network and seeking reliable, professional Property Preservation Vendors to provide services on residential vacant properties for lenders, REOs, and asset managers.
We are looking for vendors who can provide:
✅ Winterization & Securing
✅ Lock Changes / Re-keys
✅ Lawn Care & Landscaping
✅ Debris Removal / Trash Outs
✅ Roofing, Fencing & Structural Repairs
✅ Board-ups & Window Repair/Replacement
✅ Mold / Moisture Mitigation
✅ Emergency Response Services
Vendor Requirements:
✔ Insured with valid general liability and Errors and Omission insurance
✔ Experience with HUD/FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac standards a plus
✔ Ability to meet strict timelines and quality standards
✔ Strong communication skills (text/phone/email)
✔ Access to local vendors/sub-contractors if needed
✔ Ability to upload photos and accept work orders digitally
