Job Description:
This position is focused on serving current customer base by answering phone calls for repeat orders and further ensuring customer awareness of other products to fit their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist clients with product issues and help maintain high customer loyalty.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and generating leads.
Qualifications:
- Mature, organized, dependable and possesses a strong attention to detail.
- Good penmanship a must.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent telephone technique.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Job Type:
- Part time, 25 hours a week (5 hours daily, Monday-Friday with expected hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm).
Pay:
- $19.00/hour with 90 day review.
- Add on sales commissions provided for new product orders.
