About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people protect what matters most and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
You’ll use our in-house tools and training to sell insurance policies, build long-term client relationships, and provide outstanding service in both English and Spanish.
And the best part? No college degree is required, just your license, drive, and willingness to learn. In-house training can be provided for the right unlicensed candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell home, auto, mobile home, motorcycle, RV, and specialty insurance policies
- Cross-sell products and develop existing client database
- Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone, email, text, and in-person
- Customize insurance solutions based on individual client needs
- Document all client interactions in agency management system
- Process claims and coordinate between carriers and clients
- Maintain compliance with agency requirements and E&O risk management
Required Qualifications
- Active Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) Property & Casualty license
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (speaking, reading, writing)
- Proven sales ability with assertive, self-motivated personality
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
- Professional demeanor for office environment
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency with computer software and technology tools
