We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team of professionals. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for direct analytical support. Key activities include analyzing business unit performance (financial and non-financial), operating and improving financial models that generate financial forecasts and business cases, building rapport with and directly supporting management in the field, and making recommendations that drive results.
Key Qualifications
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, indexing, and working with large datasets; strong PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting tools such as TM1, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Strong communicator with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance partners
- Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with field and operational teams
- Interest in KPI development, performance management, and translating insights into action
- Provide timely, accurate financial and operational analysis to support business performance
- Assist in the preparation and review of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans
- Partner with regional and field leadership to interpret financial results and manage performance against plans
- Develop and maintain financial models, reports, dashboards, and presentations that support effective decision-making
- Perform variance, trend, benchmark, and root-cause analysis to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions
- Prepare monthly reporting packages, operating statistics, and management presentations
- Support KPI tracking and performance monitoring, including identifying drivers of underperformance
- Produce ad hoc analyses and special projects as business needs arise
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across finance, operations, and leadership teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required; MBA a plus
- 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles
- Experience with P&L analysis, forecasting, and headcount planning
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to quickly learn internal systems and tools
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
