Summary: The Service Delivery Manager / Onsite Lead is a senior, client-facing role responsible for overseeing end-to-end delivery of Application Managed Services (AMS) and/or Managed Service Provider (MSP) engagements. This position serves as the primary onsite point of contact for the client, ensuring service quality, operational excellence, and proactive issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive performance across cross-functional and offshore/onshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead onsite service delivery operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Act as the senior escalation point for client stakeholders, building trusted executive-level relationships.
- Coordinate with global delivery teams to manage workloads, priorities, and continuous service improvements.
- Oversee incident, problem, and change management processes within the AMS/MSP environment.
- Monitor service performance and provide regular reporting, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support governance meetings, quarterly business reviews, and long-term account planning.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering AMS or MSP services in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing leadership skills.
- Prior experience working with Fortune 500 or large enterprise clients.
- Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in onsite, fast-paced, high-visibility environments.
- Comfortable with multi-vendor coordination and governance structures.
