Program Manager / PMO Lead (SAP | M&A Integration)

Safebox LLC provides strategic IT leadership, robust security, and operational excellence tailored specifically for mid-market enterprises. We are seeking a hands-on Program Manager / PMO Lead (hybrid) to support a strategic program for a leading pharmaceutical company. The role will focus on driving complex program execution, with a strong emphasis on SAP environments and M&A integration initiatives. The candidate will operate in a global delivery model, working closely with leadership teams based in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end program execution across multiple workstreams
• Establish and drive PMO governance, reporting cadence, and delivery frameworks
• Oversee SAP-related program components, including integrations and transformations
• Drive M&A integration programs, ensuring seamless alignment across systems, processes, and teams
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies based on program needs
• Provide executive-level updates (status, risks, mitigation strategies)
• Facilitate steering committees, leadership reviews, and cross-functional workshops
• Coordinate across US teams and European HQ stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and delivery timelines

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager / PMO Lead
• Strong track record of delivering multiple full-cycle implementations
• Deep experience in SAP environments (S/4HANA / ECC exposure preferred)
• Hands-on experience in M&A integration programs
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with project management tools such as: Jira, Asana, Monday.com (or equivalent)
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and global programs

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong SAP knowledge (implementation and/or integration context)
• Proven M&A integration experience
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Strong ownership mindset (“go-getter” attitude)
• Ability to work effectively with European HQ stakeholders
• Willingness to align with EST time zone and onsite expectations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences industry
• Familiarity with regulated environments (including industry compliance)
• Experience managing ERP transformations, finance, or supply chain programs

Location: This role is hybrid working in EST, with 8-10 business days each month required in Bloomington, IN (travel expenses covered; subject to cap)
