This is a full-time, on-site Freight Broker role, based in Sharonville, OH. The Freight Broker will be responsible for coordinating freight services by matching client needs with carrier options from the company’s extensive network. Daily tasks will include negotiating rates, managing shipping schedules, handling dispatch operations, building relationships with clients and carriers, and ensuring timely and compliant delivery of shipments. The role requires proactive communication and problem-solving to address and resolve potential logistical challenges.
- Proven experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage processes
- Strong skills in Dispatching and managing logistics operations
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships
- Account Management skills, including the ability to oversee accounts and ensure service excellence
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in using logistics software or related systems
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Experience in freight or transportation industries is a plus
