Safe Transitions has a full-time Program Coordinator position open in Cloquet, MN.
The Program Coordinator oversees client care and staff performance/training on site to assure that the highest quality of services possible is provided and also provides some direct care services. The Program Coordinator supports clients within the home and community to assure their well-being.
Bachelor's degree, AA in human service related field, or 4 years of experience working with adults with mental illness and disabilities preferred.
