Job Summary
Coordinate all billing operations and support collections activities for residential and commercial accounts, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely payment posting, and compliance with company policies and collection regulations.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

Prepare and send invoices to customers in a timely manner

Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors

Collaborate with sales, customer service, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies

Maintain and update customer records and billing system data

Assist with special projects as needed

All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older

Education required GED/HS

Previous Billing experience of at least 2 years preferred
Compensation
SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and, for eligible roles, variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. Variable pay is defined as XXXXX and will be shared in a separate compensation plan.
