Job Overview
We are seeking motivated, hardworking individuals to join our team as Traveling Composites & Coatings Technicians. This is a full-time position for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, traveling, and being part of a team. No prior composites experience is required—we provide paid training and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Sanding and surface preparation
- Grinding fiberglass
- Applying protective coatings to a variety of substrates
- Following safety procedures and company standards
- Working collaboratively in a team environment
- Working safely at heights and in confined spaces
- Traveling extensively throughout the United States to complete projects
Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physically demanding, labor-intensive work
- Ability to work safely in a variety of environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 65% of the time
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Valid driver's license (preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is a plus, but not required:
- Construction
- Concrete
- Roofing
- Fiberglass
- Restoration
- Remodeling
- General handyman work
