🚨 We're Hiring: Program Coordinator & Co-Facilitator 🚨

Safe Places Coaching & Development is seeking a passionate, organized, and community-minded professional to join our team and support the launch of the S.T.E.P.™ Forward Workforce Readiness Pilot serving youth and young adults ages 16–24 in Chicago.

This is an opportunity to help young people build confidence, develop workforce skills, explore career pathways, and connect with meaningful opportunities that support their future success.

📍 Chicago, IL (West Englewood Area)

💲 $30/hour

⏰ Part-Time (approximately 10–15 hours per week)

📈 Potential opportunity to transition into a full-time role beginning September 2026

🌎 Bilingual English/Spanish candidates strongly encouraged to apply

✔ Participant recruitment and outreach

✔ Attendance tracking and documentation

✔ Family communication and engagement

✔ Program logistics and coordination

✔ Co-facilitation of workforce readiness and life skills workshops

✔ Support educational trips, career exposure activities, and special events

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with youth or young adults
• Is organized, dependable, and proactive
• Enjoys facilitating groups and building relationships
• Believes in creating safe and supportive environments where young people can thrive
• Is passionate about workforce development, leadership, and community impact
