THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Leader who can take ownership of our operations from day one. This leadership role suits someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead and execute daily warehouse operations covering receiving, inventory management, and shipping
- Ensure compliance with medical device regulations (ISO 13485)
- Manage and develop a small, dedicated warehouse team
- Conduct inventory forecasting to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages
- Collaborate with affiliate warehouse teams across the country to coordinate operations
- Jump in where needed—operating equipment, training staff, handling urgent shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory using our inventory management system
- Handle quality control including damaged goods, returns, and quarantine procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers and resolve shipping/receiving issues
- Implement and improve warehouse procedures and safety protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years warehouse management experience (medical device or regulated industry preferred)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and warehouse best practices
- Experience with inventory management software
- Knowledge of quality control processes and documentation requirements
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment
Preferred:
- Fishbowl Inventory Management experience (highly preferred)
- Microsoft CE experience (highly preferred)
- Experience with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems
- Background in medical device or pharmaceutical industries
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with regulatory compliance and documentation
- Leadership experience in small team environments
