Full Job Description:
Safe Home Security (SHS) is looking for reliable and detail-oriented service coordinator to help create travel routes that meet technician scheduling needs. Each coordinator is the communication link between the clients requesting service, our Technician teams, and other relevant departments.
Job requirements and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of field technicians including scheduling, times, & GPS Reporting.
- Prioritize call schedule according to urgency and partner expectations.
- Monitor the route and status of repairs to coordinate and prioritize call schedules.
- Act as a communication liaison for partners, account managers, and technicians.
- Collaborate with management and technicians to modify service schedule.
- Data entry for service logs and call records.
- Work autonomously and in team settings.
- Capable of following office procedures and guideline.
- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Active listener with excellent communication skills.
- Sound judgement and critical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee all communications within specifically assigned territories and/or regions.
- Confer with clients or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests for service or equipment.
- Record and maintain records of client requests, work or services performed, credits, or other dispatch information.
- Troubleshoot various alarm systems and register radios per technician inquiries.
- Answer inbound and outbound calls and active chat queues with technicians and other office personnel regarding client accounts.
- Contact clients for missed service appointments.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work some Saturdays and evenings
- Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred)
- 1st & 2nd shifts available
Pay:
- Hourly Rewarding Commission Structure Bonuses
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $20.00 per hour
