Position Summary

Safe Haven Security is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our organization. As a Graphic Designer, you will translate business needs into compelling visual solutions that align with our brand identity.

In this role you will:

• Design and produce digital and print materials including social media graphics, branded clothing and gear, sales incentive and event programs, email campaigns, presentations, brochures, and signage
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop creative assets that support campaigns and initiatives for company and different departments
• Maintain brand consistency across all materials and channels
• Edit and prepare images, illustrations, and layouts for final production
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and support the development of creative concepts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve creative output

• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Experience working within established brand guidelines
• Passion for creative problem-solving and continuous learning
• Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly

What Safe Haven requires in a candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field or equivalent work experience
• 2-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, or similar tools)
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics a plus
• Experience designing for both digital and print media
• Current portfolio
