What are the responsibilities and job description for the Direct Care Worker (DCW) position at Safe Haven DHC, LLC?
Administer medications.
Provide monitoring in the home and community, write accurate notes and communiate information regarding patient care.
Plan and initiate activities in the home and community.
Participate in light cleaning, organization of the home and meal preparation.
Observation and some encouragement in completion of Activities of daily living.
Demonstrated an ability to communicate orally and written.
Be an effective communicator, licensed driver.
Other duties as assigned
Willing to complete a Background check, have a current TB test within last 9 months or willing to complete the testing prior to hire along with a Health appraisal
Pay: $17.13 per hour
