Safe Haven Care Homes is seeking a motivated and dynamic In-House Marketer / Placement Agent to join our team on a commission-based arrangement. This individual will play a key role in growing our network, building strong relationships, and placing residents in our care homes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, and other community resources.
- Actively market Safe Haven Care Homes’ services to families and professionals.
- Coordinate and assist with resident placement and admissions.
- Represent Safe Haven Care Homes with professionalism and compassion at all times.
- Track leads, referrals, and placement activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, sales, or placement within healthcare, senior living, or residential care industries preferred.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Compassionate and professional approach when working with families and clients.
Compensation:
- This is a commission-based position. Compensation will be directly tied to successful placements.
