As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in processing probate and administration cases from start to finish.
You will be meeting with clients, gathering asset and family information, drafting and filing necessary documents with the Courts, supervising the administration of assets, and other jobs necessary to conclude estates and administrations.
You already have the ability to work independently, to manage your case load, and prepare weekly updates regarding case status.
You will also be assisting with document review for estate planning clients, to help us deliver quality documents for our clients.
