Weekend Graveyard Shifts
- $14.00 to $15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Urgent need for dependable, mature applicants.
- No experience necessary - we will train.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and help cover additional shifts when necessary.
3 Month Bonus - $500 for employees who remain with the company!
Full-time positions offer vacation and sick pay. If hours exceed 40 hours in one week, overtime pay of 1.5x is paid.
Job Description: Physically strong staff (ability to lift 75 pounds) needed to assist male adults with developmental disabilities with their daily living routine including but not limited to hygiene, cooking, cleaning, shopping, transporting, and socially interacting. Must be patient, caring, dependable, trustworthy, and mature.
Support staff are responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive environment. Staff's primary role is to provide the appropriate supports based on the needs and desires of each individual to enable each to live as independently as possible. Assist and teach individuals with preparation of daytime activities; encourage good personal hygiene, and behavior appropriate in their home or apartment. Help individuals to engage in daily chores. Assist individuals as needed in grocery shopping, menu planning, meal preparation and clean up.
Job Requirements:
