Our caregivers provide personalized, one-on-one support while being backed by an experienced and responsive local team. We are currently hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) for Monday through Friday daytime opportunities in Little Egg Harbor and surrounding communities.

We have multiple weekday client opportunities and can work with your availability.

• Monday through Friday opportunities

• Flexible daytime start and end times

• Full-time and part-time schedules

• Consistent recurring client assignments

• Opportunities to pick up additional hours

You do not need to be available every weekday. Let us know the days and hours you can work, and we'll discuss available client assignments that may fit your schedule.

• Provide one-on-one care in clients' homes

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care

• Support mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Prepare meals and snacks

• Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan

• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Assist with errands and appointments when appropriate

• Follow individualized care plans

• Observe and report changes in client condition

• Complete required care documentation accurately and on time

Active New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license required

• Previous home care, private-duty, or senior care experience preferred

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a client's home

• Reliable transportation strongly preferred

• Ability to complete required background and pre-employment screenings
