Safe Harbor Community is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Personnel to join our team. The ideal candidate will help promote our services, increase clientele , build professional relationships, and support the growth of our agency. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about community outreach, branding, and making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote agency services
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content
- Build relationships with case managers, families, and community partners
- Attend networking events, community meetings, and outreach activities
- Create flyers, brochures, and promotional materials
- Assist with recruiting and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists
- Help increase brand awareness and referrals
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, sales, communications, or community outreach preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Experience working with DODD providers or healthcare/community agencies
