The Role: "Total Care" & Companionship We are looking for compassionate individuals ready to make a real difference. This is a hands-on position. You must be comfortable providing "Total Care" to our clients.
Personal Care: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care (peri-care).
Daily Living: Meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
Mobility: Assisting with transfers and "range of motion" exercises.
Transportation: Running errands or driving clients to appointments using your own vehicle.
The Schedule We Need: We are specifically hiring for reliable caregivers who can work consistent weekday shifts:
Between 8 am to 4 pm
Weekend shifts are also available for those seeking extra hours.
Requirements (Non-Negotiables):
Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable vehicle, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance. Reliability is key—having a "Plan B" for car trouble is a huge plus.
Experience: 2 years of home care experience is preferred, but we will train the right heart.
Background: Must pass a comprehensive background check.
Tech Efficient: Must be comfortable using a smartphone for GPS clock-ins (EVV compliance).
