Job Overview:
The Safe-Guard summer legal internship provides a current second year law student substantive legal work experience, wide-range of learning opportunities and projects, exposure to corporate culture in a unique industry. The internship will be a paid internship and will be a hybrid position. Safe-Guard's corporate office is located in Atlanta (Two Concourse Parkway, Suite 500, Atlanta, GA 30328).
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general support to Safe-Guard's legal and compliance department.
- Assist with negotiations and drafting of contracts to support the needs of the business.
- Support a wide range of legal department work, which may include legal research, marketing reviews, revising and drafting customer forms, litigation and complaints support and regulatory tracking.
- Participate in meetings with internal business partners to see how the legal department supports the Safe-Guard business.
- Learn about the company and the culture at Safe-Guard.

Job Requirements:
- Must complete 2nd year of law school by May 2025 and have a history of academic excellence.
