VP Engineering

About The Position

Job Summary:

The Engineering VP will have innovation skills and the ability to think “outside the box”. An established action oriented leader who thrives on data driven problem solving, growth opportunities and personnel development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering team to:

• Develop new products rapidly and effectively
• Provide excellent technical support to our customers
• Support operations with engineering documentation and VA/VE efforts
  
  

Development of efficient engineering processes and documentation procedures

Encourage the growth and development of Engineering personnel

Collaborate with all departments to drive increased profitability and customer satisfaction

Work with the Product Managers and Divisional Management to develop project scope and priorities

Requirements

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering related field with 10 years of product design experience in a manufacturing setting. BA in Electrical Engineering is preferred
• Design experience with electro/mechanical products and control systems.
• Proven track record of successful product development and new product launches.
• Experience working with suppliers and customers to create solutions for custom customer applications.

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 USD
