Safe-Dry Carpet Cleaning is looking for a stellar Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our mission of delivering eco-friendly, fast-drying carpet cleaning solutions to homes and businesses across the Dallas area and beyond. This fully remote role lets you shine from the comfort of your home while booking jobs and dispatching our talented cleaners to make carpets sparkle!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats to book carpet cleaning appointments with precision and care.
  • Dispatch jobs to our team of carpet cleaning technicians, optimizing schedules for efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, tracking bookings, customer preferences, and job details.
  • Collaborate with the management team to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Upsell additional services when appropriate to boost customer value and business growth.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in customer service, ideally in a booking or dispatching role – bonus points if you’ve worked in cleaning or home services!
  • A warm, professional demeanor with top-notch communication skills (phone, email, and chat).
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, scheduling software (e.g., Service Titan and Discord), and remote communication platforms like Zoom or Slack.
  • Strong organizational skills and a cool head under pressure – you can handle a busy day with ease.
  • Experience in carpet cleaning or related industries is a plus but not required.
