Carpet Cleaning Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a local dedicated Carpet Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality carpet and floor cleaning services to residential and commercial clients.

Responsibilities

• Operate carpet cleaning equipment and tools efficiently to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets and upholstery
• Perform floor care tasks including buffing, stripping, and sealing surfaces as needed
• Conduct janitorial and custodial duties in various settings, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards
• Apply environmentally friendly cleaning solutions in accordance with safety guidelines
• Inspect work areas to ensure thorough cleaning and address any issues or special requests from clients
• Maintain equipment in proper working condition through regular cleaning and troubleshooting
• Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or damage during cleaning procedures
• Provide excellent customer service

Skills

• Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or custodial work, preferably with environmental services background
• Strong knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques and floor care methods including buffing and stain removal
• Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and effectively
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality results
• Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment throughout the workday
• Reliable work ethic with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and team members

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
