Role Description
The Medical Sales Distributor Partner (1099) – Ohio will be responsible for promoting Safe Balance’s fall prevention solutions to healthcare providers, including clinics, hospitals, and health systems within the assigned territory. Day-to-day activities include prospecting new accounts, conducting product demonstrations, educating clinical teams on program implementation, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. The Clinical Sales Representative will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including those working in operating room and clinical environments, to understand their needs and position Safe Balance’s offerings effectively. Additional responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, meeting sales targets, providing ongoing support and training to clients, and reporting territory performance and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in Medical Sales and Sales within healthcare or clinical environments.
- Prior experience and existing relationships working with primary care, orthopedic, pain management, and podiatry providers.
- Effective Communication skills for engaging clinicians, administrators, and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Sales Management, including territory planning, pipeline management, and meeting revenue goals.
- Familiarity with clinical settings, and comfort interacting with medical staff in those environments.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships and deliver consultative solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-person visits across the assigned territory.
- Experience with patient safety, fall prevention, or rehabilitation services is preferred.
